Rapida App: the perfect complement to Firetab

Where is the next assignment? When are how many batches on site? What information is important? The Rapida smartphone app enables communication among members of the fire department and other blue-light organizations. Commander Claudio Mignot provides information.

Who basically uses the Rapida app? The commander, the squad or the troops?
The functions of the app are used by the fire department command (5 people) to exchange information and communicate with each other.

Which functions do you use?
The Location function is used to get information about the location of an operation.

What about the chat function? If so, are there different user groups such as cadre, squad or others?
There is a group for command as well as bilateral and trilateral groups.

Another function is that of deployment confirmation. How do you use this?
The command's command service, in addition to the duty officer, goes directly to the scene of major incidents, fires in buildings, chemical incidents or incidents where life and limb are at stake. In the event of an alarm, the members of the command use the app to indicate their availability. In combination with the display of their own location, the deployment to the scene of the incident can be coordinated among each other and it is ensured that at least one member of the command is always available for the corresponding emergency.
